View the collectionThree pieces, one rule: let the sun do nothing to them.
From technical rashguards to cotton T-shirts for the evening, designed for a man who moves seamlessly from the water to the terrace and the journey home without ever needing to reach for sun cream.
A fabric that keeps up, not just a marketing promise.
We designed UVEA rashguards and swimwear for the time you actually spend in the water — not for lounging on a towel. Extra-flat flatlock seams that don’t chafe under your arms when you’re paddling. High-performance Italian fabric that doesn’t stretch out when wet. Quick-drying, in about 10 minutes: you get out of the water, walk back, and arrive home with a dry garment.
UPF 80 protection is certified to the German UV Standard 801, tested when wet, stretched, and after 80 washes. GRS-certified recycled fabrics, made in Europe (designed in Roubaix, fabrics from Italy, manufactured in Bulgaria). No sunscreen, no sunburn, no unsold stock: every item is made to order.

Customer testimonial
“Six hours on a paddleboard, blazing hot, no sun cream. In the evening, with the rashguard already dry on my back, we had dinner outside with the kids. The garment did the job for me — it’s the first time.”
Key points before buying
UPF 80 or UPF 50+ – does it really make a difference for men?
Yes. UPF 50+ blocks 98% of UV rays, whilst UPF 80 blocks 98.75%. The difference may seem small, but over a full day of paddleboarding, surfing or sea fishing, it’s the difference between ‘it’s fine’ and ‘nothing to report’. All our rashguards are UPF 80, tested when wet and after 80 washes — the protection doesn’t wear off over time.
Should the rashguard be worn under or instead of a T-shirt?
Instead of. Our rashguards are slim-fitting — not tight, just close to the body so they don’t chafe whilst paddling or surfing. They’re worn directly against the skin, in the water or on dry land. The FISHERMAN hooded model adds protection for the face and neck, making it ideal for boating or stand-up paddleboarding.
Do the swim shorts really dry in 10 minutes?
More or less, yes — depending on the wind and temperature. The high-performance Italian fabric used on our swim shorts and briefs dries significantly faster than standard polyester. In practical terms: you get out of the water, walk for five to ten minutes, and you can sit on a terrace without getting the chair wet.

Why UVEASunscreen won't survive a surf session. Fabric will.
In the water, sunscreen wears off within minutes — board friction, salt, sweat. It is rarely reapplied, and never enough. An anti-UV T-shirt protects continuously: as long as you are wearing it, you are covered.
Our men's T-shirts are certified UPF 80 to the German UV Standard 801 — tested wet, stretched, and after 80 washes. Recycled Italian fabric, a second-skin cut that does not restrict movement, fast-drying. Designed in Roubaix, made in Europe.

Questions we get askedThe essentials before you buy
Anti-UV T-shirt or cotton T-shirt — what is the difference?
A dry cotton T-shirt offers a UPF of around 5 to 7 — and far less once wet. Our anti-UV T-shirts are certified UPF 80: they block 98.75% of UV rays, wet or dry, and dry within minutes.
Short sleeve or long sleeve?
Long sleeves cover the arms — highly exposed when paddling, kayaking or surfing — the most protective choice. Short sleeves suit swimming and the beach. Every print comes in both lengths.
Can the T-shirt be worn in the water?
Yes, that is its primary purpose. Italian fabric resistant to chlorine and salt that does not lose its shape when wet. A rinse in fresh water after use is all it needs.
