These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") apply to any order placed on the website www.uvea.fr between the publishing company and any adult consumer residing in France or abroad.

Any order placed implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms, in the version in force on the day of the order. 4BB2 SARL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; the applicable Terms are those displayed on the Site at the time the order is validated.

UVEA designs and sells UV-protective clothing (one-piece UV swimsuits, tee-shirts, rashguards, swimwear, accessories), made to order in Europe. The essential characteristics of each product (composition, sizes, colours, UPF rating, care) are described on its product page.

Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes; slight colour variations may occur depending on the screen and do not engage the seller's liability.

Products are offered subject to the availability of raw materials. Should a product become unavailable after the order, the Customer is informed by email and may choose between a full refund or waiting.

The Customer places the order by following the steps on the Site: selecting the product and variant (size, sleeve, pattern), adding to cart, reviewing the summary, entering delivery and billing details, choosing the payment method, final validation. Before final validation, the Customer can review the order details and correct any errors.

The order is firm and final upon payment confirmation. An acknowledgement is sent to the Customer by email.

4BB2 SARL reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order presenting an abnormal character (volume, prior dispute, payment incident, address inconsistencies).

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes for mainland France and the European Union, excluding shipping fees. The total amount (products + any fees) is shown in the cart and on the acknowledgement.

For deliveries outside the EU and French overseas territories, displayed prices are deemed exclusive of tax. The Customer is liable for any customs duties, import taxes and administrative formalities applicable in the country of destination. The Customer is considered the official importer.

4BB2 SARL reserves the right to modify prices at any time; products are invoiced at the rate in force at the time the order is recorded.

Orders are payable in full at validation. Accepted payment methods:

• Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via a secure 3D Secure solution;

Banking data is entered on a secure interface provided by our payment service provider and never transits through our servers. 4BB2 SARL does not retain any card data.

In case of payment rejection, the order is automatically cancelled and the Customer is informed by email.

Made to order in Europe (Italian fabrics, Bulgarian manufacturing). A preparation time of 1 to 2 weeks is required before shipping.

Indicated timeframes are estimates. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days beyond the announced timeframe, the Customer may request cancellation pursuant to article L.216-6 of the French Consumer Code.

The Customer must provide an accurate and complete delivery address (street, building, access code, intercom, phone). Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes or hotel addresses.

Shipping fees are calculated in the cart based on the chosen method, weight and destination. [Where applicable: free shipping above €X in France — TO BE COMPLETED]

On receipt, the Customer should check the parcel. In case of visible damage (parcel opened, damaged, missing product), written reservations must be made to the carrier and notified to us at contact@uvea.fr within 3 days.

Ownership transfers upon full payment. Transfer of risk (loss, deterioration) occurs upon physical receipt of the parcel by the Customer or a third party designated by them, in accordance with article L.216-4 of the French Consumer Code.

In accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the last product ordered to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or bear any costs other than return shipping.

Return conditions. Products must be returned in their original packaging, new, unworn, unwashed, tags intact, with the order number. Any item returned showing signs of use cannot be refunded.

How to do it. Send your request by email to contact@uvea.fr or by post. A withdrawal form template is available on request.

Return costs. Borne by the Customer, except in the case of a non-conforming, defective product or shipping error on our part (costs then covered by 4BB2 SARL).

In case of withdrawal or accepted return, 4BB2 SARL refunds the Customer at the latest 14 days from the date it is informed of the Customer's decision, subject to actual receipt of the returned products or proof of shipping (art. L.221-24 French Consumer Code).

The refund is processed using the same payment method used at the time of the order, unless otherwise expressly agreed. No fee is charged.

Personal data collected in the course of the order (identity, addresses, email, phone, history) is necessary for order processing and customer relationship. It may be transmitted to our service providers (carrier, payment provider) strictly as necessary.

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, exercisable at contact@uvea.fr.

4BB2 SARL shall not be liable for any delay or non-performance of its obligations due to a case of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code (natural disaster, strike, armed conflict, health crisis, failure of a logistics provider or carrier, network or power outage). 4BB2 SARL will inform the Customer as soon as possible.

The UVEA® trademark, textile patterns, visuals, texts and all graphic elements of the Site are protected by the French Intellectual Property Code. Any unauthorised reproduction, representation or use is subject to civil and criminal penalties.

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will systematically be sought before any judicial action. Failing such agreement, and subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
